Qualification objectives
Die Lehrveranstaltung vermittelt Kenntnisse aller wesentlichen Aspekte des Controlling, das von den Studierenden als managementunterstützendes Instrument verstanden werden soll. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die vier Grundaufgaben des Controlling,
unter operativen, taktischen und strategischen Gesichtspunkten. Die Studierenden lernen traditionelle und moderne Instrumente des Controlling kennen. Sie können betriebs- und verwaltungswirtschaftliche Probleme identifizieren und analysieren und Instrumente des Controlling zu ihrer Lösung anwenden. |
