2. Business Process Management: Goals and Content, Company examples, Business Process Reengineering for Breakthrough

3. Lean: Fundamentals of Toyota Production System (TPS), Continous Improvement Process (CIP), and Problem Solving

4. Six Sigma: Project Management Approach for Zero-Defect-Quality: Process and Methods, Statistical Foundations

5. Lean Six Sigma & Design for Six Sigma: Improvement Concepts for Zero-Defect-Quality in Product Development and Service

  • You can explain the main relationships and approaches for achieving a Zero-Defect-Quality level
  • You are able to visualize and draw value stream processes and analyze potential improvement areas
  • You are able to analyze and improve business processes by using relevant improvement tools
  • You can apply and teach the fundamentals of management concepts like Six Sigma and Lean
