  • Gewöhnliche Differentialgleichungen (Vertiefung: Lösungstechniken, Anfangswertprobleme)
  • Systeme linearer Differentialgleichungen
  • Partielle Differentialgleichungen (u.a. Wärmeleitungsgleichung, Poisson-Gleichung) und Anwendungen
  • Wahrscheinlichkeitsrechnung (Vertiefung: Wahrscheinlichkeitsverteilungen einer und mehrerer Zufallsvariablen
  • Mathematische Statistik (Parameterschätzungen, Parameter- und Anpassungstests)
Qualification objectives
  • Umsetzung von verbalen Sachverhalten und Aufgabenstellungen in die mathematische Sprache und sicherer Umgang mit der mathematischen Symbolik
  • Entwicklung eines logischen und analytischen Denkens am Beispiel mathematischer Modelle
  • Verständnis und Anwendung mathematischer Sachverhalte vor allem in der Technik und der Physik
