Qualification objectives
  • Acquirement of methodical case solution competences to solve simple cases in professional practice.
  • Development of a legal comprehension to identify legal problems in special fields of international economic law.
  • Acquirement of conversational ability in legal fields to discuss issues with international lawyers and accountants.
  • Knowledge of general conditions of international economic law.
  • Providing of basic legal fundamental terms in national and international economic law.
  • Demonstration of different legal problems in selected fields in international trade.
  • Erwerb von methodischen Falllösungskompetenzen, um einfache Fälle der beruflichen Praxis selbständig lösen zu können.
  • Entwicklung eines rechtlichen Verständnisses, um juristische Probleme von Spezialbereichen des internationalen Wirtschaftsrechts in der Praxis zu erkennen.
  • Aneignung einer Dialogfähigkeit im rechtlichen Bereich, um Sachverhalte mit internationalen Juristen und steuerberatenden Berufen erörtern zu können.
  • Kenntnis der Rahmenbedingungen des internationalen Wirtschaftsrechts. Vermittlung der wesentlichen rechtlichen Grundbegriffe der Rechtssprache im nationalen und internationalen Wirtschaftsrechts.
  • Darlegung der unterschiedlichen Rechtsprobleme ausgewählter Rechtsbereiche des internationalen Warenverkehrs.

Notes

The module is multi-disciplinary within the area of business and management. Hence it has relationships to all legal aspects of business in an international context. The module is essential for the modern manager in an international context.

This is a seminar driven module with a high level of student involvement. Teaching is limited and the emphasis is on coaching, advising , feedback and reflection.

This Modul is taught in German and English (50%:50 %)

Das Modul ist multidisziplinär innerhalb des Business und Management Gebietes. Demzufolge hat es Verbindungen zu allen rechtliche Aspekten des Handels im internationalen Kontext. Das Modul ist notwendig für den modernen Manager im internationalen Kontext.

Dies ist ein seminarlastiges Modul mit einem hohen Anteil an Studentenbeteiligung. Die Lehrtätigkeit ist limitiert und der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Coaching, Ratgebung, Feedback und Reflektierung.
Das Modul wird auf deutsch und englisch (50% 50%) gelehrt.
