Qualification objectives
In der Lehrveranstaltung werden alle wesentlichen Aspekte des Controlling vermittelt. Dabei wird das Controlling als managementunterstützendes Instrument verstanden. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die 4 Grundaufgaben, wie Planung, Information, Kontrolle und Steuerung unter operativen und strategischen Gesichtspunkten. Traditionelle und moderne Instrumente des Controlling werden erläutert.
