Computer-assisted simulation of several companies competing with the increasing complexity of decision areas (marketing mix, R & D, investment, finance, purchasing and production, personnel, accounting).

Discussions on selected topics (situationally)
• If necessary, submittal of a restructuring plan
• Presentation of market entry strategies for a foreign market
• Presentation of advertising concepts
• Conduct of an annual general meeting

Qualification objectives

Participants learn how to direct an enterprise with different areas such as accounting, production, marketing, human resources in different market conditions.

Participants acquire the following skills in group projects:
- Setting objectives, developing strategies and their implementation in a competitive situation
- Competitive analysis
- Dealing with complex decisions under uncertainty
- Formulation of a problem and developing problem solving skills
- Transfer of management data (e.g. business numbers) into target-aimed decisions
- Comprehensive thinking and acting in a simulated reality
- Decision-making in a team using computer-assisted planning models
