- Tuition in seminars, including discussions, teamwork, independent presentations, and learning by example
- Case study work will be a crucial part of exercises in order to apply provided theories and models
- Additionaly, a practical course regarding "Data Analysis" (1 SWS) is offfered

1. Framework and Management of Success Factors for Zero-Defect-Quality: Processes, Employees, Methods
2. Business Process Management: Goals and Content, Company examples, Business Process Reengineering for Breakthrough
3. Lean: Fundamentals of Toyota Production System (TPS), Continous Improvement Process (CIP), and Problem Solving
4. Six Sigma: Project Management Approach for Zero-Defect-Quality: Process and Methods, Statistical Foundations
5. Lean Six Sigma & Design for Six Sigma: Improvement Concepts for Zero-Defect-Quality in Product Development and Service
Hard Skills:
- You can explain the main relationships and approaches for achieving a Zero-Defect-Quality level
- You are able to visualize and draw value stream processes and analyze potential improvement areas
- You are able to analyze and improve business processes by using relevant improvement tools
- You can apply and teach the fundamentals of management concepts like Six Sigma and Lean
