Computer-assisted simulation of several companies competing (e.g. marketing mix, production, personnel).

 Discussions of selected topics (situationally)

  • conduct of an annual general meeting

Introduction to team management and its communication (roleplay)

 

Qualification objectives

The students acquire competence in team management and in the tasks of management of a company with increasing complexity of decision areas. Participants learn how to direct an enterprise with different areas such as production, marketing, human resources. The students will simulateand learn to master a difficult team communication situation.
