Workshops Students are expected to participate in workshops on specific strategic issues and industries in international business.
Simulation Students produce a screenplay on a combination of the module topic areas.

Unit "International Business Environment (engl.)":In an increasingly complex world, understanding the dynamics and velocity of the business environment is a key skill set that managers must develop.
The module will cover the following broad areas:
Context analysis and issue framing
Links to strategy development and strategic decision making
After successfully completing the module the student will be able to:
1. critically analyse and evaluate communication within international business context
2. understand different business approches through communication
3. apply tools which help to communicate effortlessly between cultures
Unit "International Business Environment (engl.)":The aim of the module is to critically explore current and emerging trends and issues in the international business context and to understand how they are affecting, and will affect, international business organisations.
After successfully completing the module the student will be able to:
1. critically analyse and evaluate trends and issues
2. understand the holistic nature of the business context
3. apply tools which help the strategist to manage complexity and uncertainty.

The module is taught completely in English.
The module is cross-functional in nature and has a high strategic emphasis. Therefore, the module draws upon basic knowledge from other subjects and requires students to take a more holistic and critical view of business and management in an international context.
