corporate entity, Tools of Management Control, Management Control of
business models, innovation (e.g. design thinking processes) and value,
Corporate planning in theory, Corporate planning of real-life entity, Elements of
mindfulness in corporate decision-making
The students acquire professional competence in the tasks of management
control with an emphasis on planning of corporate entities. Students apply those
concepts in practical examples (methodological competence).
Prerequisite:
- English Level C1, TOEFL 550 or equivalent
- Kosten- und Nachhaltigkeitscontrolling / COST ACCOUNTING
- Externes Rechnungswesen / FINANCIAL ACCOUTING
Please see the COMPULSORY HOMEWORK that has to be prepared beforehand so that you can give a presentation about it in the FIRST LECTURE WEEK:

The examination will be a project and a paper plus presentation.
For the exam you need a non-programmable CALCULATOR (of course, your smartphone is not allowed).
A passion for financial accounting, cost accounting, management accounting, and very good English skills is a prerequisite.
